This firm is a joke. I contacted them in February of 2024 in regards to a trust plan for a relative. I had an intake conference call with Stephany their paralegal on February 29th. Waited and waited and received no response. I called them back to inquire on any progress on April 1st and was told that someone would get back to me. They finally did! On December 12th a paralegal finally called. In the meantime I had already contacted a competent lawyer and had the trust drawn up and filed. More than 9 months elapsed and they called back as if nothing. SMH.
